Javascript is a feature used by nearly all internet browsing software, that allows dynamic, interactive page content. If your browser's javascript functionality isn't working at present, it's highly likely that it's just deactivated. To re-activate this feature is easy, but exactly how this is done depends on the browser you are using.

   To enable javascript within your browser try exploring the options available within the 'Preferences', 'options' or similarly titled section, within one of the menus that can usually be accessed from the top of your browser screen. What you need to find is an option that toggles 'javascript' on and off, and turn it on to enable it.

    If you can't find it, try looking up 'javascript' in the Help section of your browser software. There should be something in there to help you find out how it's done. Good luck.
